Las Carabelas is a beautiful residential complex,in Torviscas Bajo, Tenerife, Canary Islands

Las Carabelas is very well maintained by 2 maintenance men on site, they look after the garden areas, the paths and community areas, and the two communal swimming pools.

You will notice how well the grounds are looked after, its cleaned and looked after to a very hide standard.

The owners on this complex are of various nationalities, British, Spanish, Belgium, French, German, Hungarian and Russian. Friendly, helpful and respectful of the community rules.

The location of Las Carabelas is fantastic, less than a 5 minute walk to Puerto Colon Harbour and Torviscas and Fañabe beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the San Eugenio shopping centre with local supermarkets, banks, doctors and dentists. The local bus stops are a 5 minute walk away with the taxi rank just a 2 minute walk across the road.

You really are in the heart of Torviscas, at Las Carabelas, but once entering the complex

its surprising how quiet you will find it, considering how close you are to all amenities.

A car is not necessary, but if your wishing to buy and live on Las Carabelas and have a car, there are a few private parking spaces. You would have to see if any was available from the community office which is situated on site. This is very handy to have the office on site, to check bills and obtain security keys for the complex etc.

In Today's currant market, one bedrooms sell for around 200,000 to 250,000 euros and a 2 bedroom sold earlier this year for around 400,000 euros. The price can vary depending on condition of the property and location within the complex etc. The community fees are from 80 to 200 euros a month including water, the prices vary depending on the size of the property.
